Dear Cat Lovers, Breeders & Owners of such majestic furry family members,
We take the opportunity to invite you to the MFGC 58th & 59th International Cat Show.
The last final touches are underway… Happily welcoming confirmed Judges from Russia, Ms Olga Belyaeva and Ms Marina Zhuravleva, both WCF All Breed Judges.
Two separate shows are being held over the weekend, Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th of April. Both shows are open to the public and entrance is FREE! – Venue: SmartCity.
The show will be judged in the typical WCF style, where one cat will be crowned General Best on Saturday and another crowned General Best on Sunday. Both cats will then compete against one another for the Super General Best. WCF Rings for kittens, adults and neutered will also be carried out, along with several Fun Speciality Rings, best public opinion and judge’s favourite.
Information will be available for anyone who would love to welcome a cat whether of a pure breed or domestic household pet. Trivia regarding general information about different cat breeds, cats in general and their care. Everyone involved in this show shall be willing to give loads of information.
During our shows, we are honoured to be hosting a very experienced and well renowned photographer from Italy, Mr Alessandro Di Pinto, who specialises in these kind of events.
We will also be welcoming Volunteers from the Cat Sanctuary C.S.A.F. (Carers for Stray and Abandoned Felines) will be setting up a stand, in order to sell their merchandise and collect donations for the care of their homeless felines. Also, we will be welcoming foster carer Ms. Janice Kay Mamo, who will be bringing some cats with her. These cats are looking for their forever home; so whether you would like to adopt a cat, or simply give a donation to the sanctuary, we urge you even more to attend the show.
We urge those exhibitors who have not made up their mind, to join at the earliest possible; places are filling up quickly!
