Description of the Pedigree (LO)
* The LO register contains cats that have a pedigree of pure breeding of at least 3 generations prior to the actual cat.
* Pure breeding refers to the list of breeds recognized by the WCF.
* The color varieties must be among those listed in the EMS list as recognized by the WCF for the actual breed.
* To register the cat as an LO, a copy of the original pedigree is needed.
Description of a RIEX (not both parents are registered)
* A cat which does not have both parents registered is classified as a RIEX.
* To be registered as a RIEX a cat has to first been exhibited at the minimum age of 10 months in the NOVICE Class of an International Cat Show.
* Being judged by at least two international judges, who are aware of the circumstances and under control of the National Breeding Committee.
* By obtaining the qualifications Excellent from both judges

Novice Class
* A cat may only be entered once in the Novice Class and has to be 10 months of age or older.
* Cats with Unknown background (parents are not registered)
WCF Show Rules
Vetting in will commence at 9:30am with the following requirements:
* Up to date vaccination record certificate,
* White cats must have a veterinarian certificate stating that they are not deaf
* Ensure that your cat is free from parasites i.e. Ear mites, fleas, ring worms etc
* Ensure that nail tips are trimmed for the safety of handlers & Judges.
